Live Free WOMB (Women Organizing Out of Mass Incarceration and Brutality) is a national initiative under the leadership of Onleilove Alston in partnership with Rev. Michael McBride, National Live Free Director. This initiative is focused on organizing formerly incarcerated women, women impacted by police brutality and gun violence and women of faith to develop campaigns dedicated to changing state and federal policies around mass incarceration, police brutality and gun violence as these issues impact women. This initiative is also dedicated to developing innovative ways in which houses of faith can support incarcerated women and returning citizens led by formerly incarcerated women.
