Come join Faith in New York for the Project Prithvi beach clean-up in Jamaica Bay on Saturday, August 7th! Organised by Sadhana, NY’s progressive Hindu coalition, and in collaboration with MinKwon, beach clean-up volunteers will learn more about Hindu religious practices while helping to clean our NYC beaches.

We will meet at the red brick gazebo structure at 10 o’clock. Gloves, garbage bags, and pickers will be provided, followed by a light, vegetarian lunch afterwards. Please dress for the weather, wear closed toe shoes, and bring a bottle of water.
