This event is still in the organizing stages, please stay tuned for final
details and a Facebook event page. People will meet at Union Square in the
morning and rally outside of 4-5 major banks (that are funding the Dakota
Pipeline), over the course of a few hours while participants go in and
close their accounts, in solidarity with Standing Rock. This action is
being organized by Grassroots Action NY, BCJN, DSA NYC Racial Justice and
Climate Justice committees, 350NYC, The Climate Mobilization, and
#DefundDAPL.
