On October 25th please start to schedule your 2017 membership dues 1:1s. Crystal will be sending out emails to our members and will send traditional mailed letters this week as well. The links to the letters are below and you can use the text for your outreach:

Also please carefully review the attached membership list and only contact the members who have not paid dues this year to find out who paid dues look in column AL and please look in column AM and if there is a note that states: don’t contact please do not contact that congregation either because they have been inactive for years or because they paid 2017 dues. Some important items to know for your 1:1 all membership dues payments are due before or by December 22nd 2017 via mailed check or cash or online at:

Due to how late it is for 2017 we can’t accept installments so full payments are due.

Membership dues are 1/2 of 1% of the Congregation’s total budget or at least $500.
