Many of us Black immigrants have different experiences from our Latino and API immigrant brothers and sisters. LA RED and myself have created a space for Black immigrant organizers and leaders to come together and share our stories.
This is part of a larger LA RED listening campaign of visioning and agenda-setting for our collective work. We would like to invite Black immigrant leaders from across our network to an evening of building community and listening, scheduled for Wednesday, July 29 at 6:30 p.m. ET. The session is scheduled to last two hours.
