Democracy is not just a system of government—it’s the power of the people. It begins with us, our voices, and our votes. At a time when democracy is under threat, we’re asking you – and countless folks across the country – to come together to defend it.
Tuesday, March 4th marks the President’s Address to Congress. Instead of tuning in, We the People of New York will gather virtually with special guest Attorney General Letitia James to come together in reflection, action, and solidarity. We will gather virtually from 6-7pm and encourage everyone to join activists across the country in placing a candle in your window at 8:30pm.
